The competition is connected with the lead campaign "Baby Competition" by VitaSecura AG.

Eligible to participate are natural persons resident in Switzerland who are at least 18 years old.

The competition is aimed in particular at expectant parents, parents with young children, as well as persons who wish to take part in the competition on behalf of a pregnant person or a young family.

Employees of VitaSecura AG, as well as persons directly commissioned with carrying out the competition, may be excluded from participation.

Participation takes place by completing the competition form on the landing page fully and truthfully.

As a rule, only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries, manifestly false information or fraudulent registrations may lead to exclusion from the competition.

Participation is free of charge.

Participation in the competition is independent of taking out an insurance policy, a consulting contract or any other chargeable product.

Taking out an insurance policy, arranging an appointment or receiving advice does not increase the chances of winning.

Participation in the competition does not give rise to any entitlement to insurance advice, the conclusion of an insurance policy or any particular insurance benefit.

Within the scope of the competition, the following prizes may be drawn or awarded, depending on the campaign:

• Voucher for a pram
• Voucher for nursery furnishings
• Baby bottle set or comparable benefit in kind
• further baby-related benefits or promotions

The exact type, number and value of the prizes will be communicated on the respective competition page or in the form.

A cash payout, exchange or transfer of the prize is excluded. VitaSecura AG reserves the right to offer equivalent substitute prizes if a prize originally provided for is not available.

Where vouchers or products from third-party providers are mentioned on the landing page, this is done solely to describe the prize or the promotion.

If no express cooperation exists, it is to be clarified that:

This competition has no official connection to Baby-Walz or other named third-party providers, unless this is expressly stated on the landing page.

Brand and product names belong to the respective rights holders.

The winners will be determined after the campaign has ended, either at random or in accordance with the criteria described on the landing page.

Notification takes place by telephone, email, WhatsApp or SMS via the contact details provided in the form.

If a winner does not respond within the specified period or the contact details are incorrect, VitaSecura AG may reallocate the prize.

By participating, you agree that VitaSecura AG may contact you in connection with the competition.

If you additionally indicate your interest in advice on baby insurance, health insurance, family protection, pension provision or further insurance and financial topics, VitaSecura AG may contact you for this purpose by telephone, email, SMS or WhatsApp.

Promotional contact takes place only within the scope of the applicable statutory provisions and can be revoked at any time.

The privacy policy of VitaSecura AG applies to the processing of your personal data.

Within the scope of the competition, we process in particular the following data:

• First and last name
• Address or place of residence
• Telephone number
• Email address
• Information on pregnancy, birth, family or insurance situation, where provided voluntarily
• technical data such as IP address, time of participation and usage data

The data is used for:

• Carrying out the competition
• Contacting participants
• Winner notification
• Advice, where desired
• Quality assurance, abuse prevention and legal documentation
• Marketing and analysis, to the extent permitted or consented to

Particularly sensitive personal data is processed only where this is necessary or where you expressly consent.

Within the scope of its activity, VitaSecura AG may present, compare and arrange insurance products or refer customers to suitable insurance and financial partners.

Depending on the product, partner and advisory situation, the mediation may be tied or untied. The specific information on the type of mediation, the insurance companies taken into account, the remuneration and possible conflicts of interest is provided prior to any specific advice or prior to taking out an insurance product, in accordance with the statutory information obligations under the VAG.

VitaSecura AG may receive remuneration, commissions, brokerage fees, portfolio maintenance allowances, marketing contributions or other compensation from insurance companies, financial partners or third parties for the mediation, support or referral of customers. On request, we will inform you of the type and extent of the remuneration in connection with the specific service.

Participation in the competition does not constitute insurance advice. Individual advice takes place only after separate contact, a needs assessment and corresponding information.

Participation in the competition does not guarantee the conclusion of an insurance policy, admission to a supplementary insurance or any particular insurance benefit.

Whether an insurance product can be taken out depends on the respective acceptance guidelines, health questions, age limits, residency requirements and conditions of the relevant insurer.

In the case of supplementary insurance, health checks, reservations or rejections may be possible.

VitaSecura AG may exclude participants from the competition if:

• false or incomplete information is provided
• technical manipulation or multiple entries are detected
• these terms of participation are violated
• there is a suspicion of abuse, fraud or unfair conduct

VitaSecura AG reserves the right to amend, interrupt or terminate the competition at any time where there are objective reasons to do so.

This applies in particular in the event of technical problems, abuse, legal changes, lack of availability of prizes or other circumstances that impair the proper conduct of the competition.

VitaSecura AG is liable only for damage caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct, to the extent permitted by law.

VitaSecura AG accepts no liability for technical malfunctions, data losses, transmission errors, failures of third-party platforms or unreachable participants.

No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition. Legal recourse is excluded, to the extent permitted by law.

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted, St. Gallen.
