General
VitaSecura is an independent insurance broker. We analyze your current insurance situation, compare offers from different providers, and find the optimal solution for you – neutral and transparent.
Yes, our services are generally free for you as a customer. We are compensated by brokerages from the insurance companies. This has no influence on your premium.
We work with all renowned insurance companies in Switzerland (e.g., AXA, Zurich, Swiss Life, Helvetia, CSS, Helsana, etc.). This allows us to offer you a genuine market comparison.
Health Insurance
You can usually change basic insurance as of January 1st (cancellation by November 30th). With a deductible of CHF 300, a change is also possible as of July 1st (cancellation by March 31st). Supplementary insurances often have longer terms (usually 3 months notice period at the end of the year).
The deductible (Franchise) is the amount you have to pay yourself per year before the health insurance covers costs. The retention (Selbstbehalt) is the amount (10%, max. CHF 700 per year) you pay after the deductible is used up.
Property Insurance
No, it is not legally required in Switzerland, but highly recommended. It covers damages you cause to third parties (e.g., as a tenant to the apartment). For dog owners, it is mandatory in many cantons.
Household contents insurance covers damage to your movable items (furniture, clothing, electronics) caused by fire, water, theft, and glass breakage.
Life & Pension
Pillar 3a serves as private retirement provision. You can deduct payments from your taxable income, leading to significant tax savings. Additionally, you close pension gaps.
Risk insurance covers financial risks such as death or disability without saving capital. A mixed life insurance combines this protection with a savings component for retirement.
Claims
Report the damage to us as soon as possible. We support you in formulating the claim report and communicating with the insurance company to ensure smooth processing.
